Hi. I recently accepted a job offer in Singapore and will start there November 2005. The office is in Tampines and I am on the lookout for a decent accommodation near the office. Would you know any
condo/housing for rent around that area? Would you be kind enough to provide the details and contact information? I am looking at a budget of SGD 1,000 per month or less (furnished or semi-furnished)for that - do you think that is reasonable? My top 3 criteria - cleanliness, security and proximity to the office.
I am actually contemplating of sharing first a unit with a person needing a flatmate/condo-mate for about 2-3 months before I move out.
Would you know any rooms for rent or unit to share for short term lease?
