Hi,

Shed away kilos is always vary on each individual. Must really find a best method for yourself. As for me, yoga and gym is considerbly effective. I will easily put on weight if I stop exercise.

Yoga not only can relax stress, also exercise alot. Stretching helps to burns the calories. You must try yoga, pilates.... then you'll know which is good for you.

If you intend to try yoga, I'll recommend gaiayoga, atmosphere and instructors are very good.

Yoga exercise make me slimmer as I believed that it is not building up muscle but to maintain body shape, aerobics seem like make my hand and leg more "big"I, make me look more big size. . If you prefer some exercise with more movement, try power yoga, you will keep sweating and aching on next day. Can you imagine, so exhausted!

I realised that instructor play an important role. My friend told me that she joined a yoga class currently, only S$10 for 12 classes but taught by "auntie" instructor. That instructor didn't follow proper way to teach students. She just teach whatever postures comes into her mind.

I also learned yoga in many places, no effect at all, then I started dislike yoga until my friend recommended gaiayoga to me. I really felt the differences in term of relaxation and tone is firmer.

If you really think that yoga is not effective to you, I may suggest you can change to other exercise. different blood type have different method of keeping slim.

Everyone is different, just like our skin type. One brand may suit to you doesn't mean suit to others.

I ever tried gym with personal trainer, quite effective as well. I managed to see the result within 2 weeks....

Hope you find a best solutions.......

Think you got the point . .

I used to follow this Yoga instructor at Cali, whose was very good, although I did not slim down, but gain more strength, etc . .

But out of sudden, this instructor Yoga class was gone . .

The other intructors are not as good, and I don't really like their classes . . :(
