DUTCH CINEMA:20 sept orchard cineplex

Postby The Dude » Mon, 19 Sep 2005 10:50 am

Hi,

Everybody who haven’t tried Dutch before, Tuesday September 20th, 9:30 pm, a Dutch movie is on at orchard Cineplex:

Phileine zegt sorry, oftewel
Phileine says sorry.

It's recommended to book online, unless you take a particular liking of stiff necks. Let’s meet 20:30 at the ticket box, get the tickets and grab smthing to eat. Picture yourself a Dutch guy and find the one that matches the imagination – I look like that about as much as they come. Or, pm me for my hp nr to be sure.

Tuesday 20 sept 9:30 pm
Cathay Cineplex Orchard
Levels 4,5 & 6 Cathay Cineleisure Orchard
8 Grange Road
Tel: 68381030

Rating: R21
Consumer Advice: Sexual Content
Language: Dutch / English with English Subtitles
Genre: Comedy / Drama
Director: Robert Jan Westdijk
Cast: Kim van Kooten, Michiel Huisman

A Dutch girl is getting sick of always losing her boyfriends, so when she loses her newest "gain" she decides to follow Max (her friend) to New York where he's starting a carreer as an actor. Soon she finds herself in the most bizarre situations like doing "harry & sally"'s famous faked orgasm scene, judging everyone, starting fights and visiting the theatre to find out her boyfriend is "doing" other girls On Stage.

Although the chance of rain on that day was bigger than forecasted, the chance was still not that big that it did in fact rain, that day.

Oh I would've loved to join you guys but am busy tomorrow night. :(
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Hi guys,

No you don't HAVE to buy online, but it has happened to me more than once that i had to watch a movie from the front row - that's why i liked to book ahead..

And 7:35 is a bit to early for me, Stefania... Besides I already booked.. hope to see you there, though !

Cheers,
Dude
