Microsoft in Singapore

Does anyone know what it's like to work for Microsoft's office in Singapore. Is the business culture similar to the US? What are the upsides? downsides? No "smart-ass answers please!

MS sales is in suntec city, which tower i cant remember. I assume working for MS anywhere in the world is the same.

Actually most of Microsoft's Sing operations are at Alexandra Technopark. A friend of mine works there and is quite happy with pay and conditions, but it's a big company and your mileage may vary.
