Fair enough, it's just that when a collision does happen, regardless of who is a fault, the guy on the bike usually ends up a lot worse off than the guy in the car.
When you go in for a job interview, I think a good thing to ask is if they ever press charges.

Fully agreed. It's more like an airplane crash. It doesn't happen very often but when it does, it's a mess.
