Is it better to go on a tour group to Korea?

better to go on tour..
i went there last year.. it was very fun
i will suggest u sign up packages from tour agencies unless u now how to speak korean language. This is because they only open up since the past 7years, i will say 99% of them don't communicate in english. even if now their schools have teach their children english language.. but due to the fact tt they always communicate in korean language and neglect practising english language, the students only know how to understand very simple and basic english.
therefore, i reckon tt is not safe to go on self-touring as it will be very troublesome. moroever, some places over there are not tt developed to find ppl to communicate in english.
