Singapore claims to have the least restrictive immigration rulings and yet it is not as transparent as the other countries with points system. I do want to work in Spore and is just getting nowhere. Any angels out there to help ?? Others care to share their experiences in their job search???
In response to original question. Not all jobs are advertised. Think creatively. For example, talk to your friends and family and see if they have any networks that you can cold call. Agents are an option.

Getting a job in any country is difficult, even if you have residency there. But don't give up hope.

BTW, what is your chosen field, out of curiosity? This can play a big factor in getting a job - demand and supply!

Just apply. I seriously cannot think of why that phrase is almost always there. Legality perhaps?

EP holders are always cheaper - to exploit? ;)
Goatboy will always cherish his former goatgirl.
But the world is full of fluffier ones.
