No worries, the police will do their job and the killer will not live at all in the world. HE/SHE or THEY do not deserve to live anyways.Shadou wrote:Was leaving work around 6pm this evening when I walked past the park adjacent to Orchard MRT and discovered a huge crowd with tons of police. Found out from the growing crowd that a cleaner found a chopped up woman stuffed in a bad in the park. That was when I saw the body covered in a white sheet. I wonder what Singapore is coming to nowadays? Crimes are getting worse and the people are getting bolder. Just a few years ago, this was practically unheard of here. And just to think that a body was found in such a prime location makes you wonder. How sad if you ask me.

hey sms, i know you're a private person and wouldn't consider this forum a social network to fall back on. but for what it's worth, anytime you need someone outside the family to talk to and don't mind relative strangers albeit good-hearted and genuine people, well... you know how to get in touch. hope the bad patch has passed and you take care ya?sundaymorningstaple wrote:WIMH,
You have no idea just how close to the truth you have come. I, recently went through a bad patch and for a while, albeit a very short while, I contemplated drastic measures. The whys, wherefores don't matter now, but that was my response to my family.
While I have my wife and two kids here, my wife has her entire familty here for moral support if nothing else. I, for 23 yearsl, have only had me when the difficulties are within the family. The importance of having a social network to fall back on is paramount to keeping ones sanity some time.
