Post by Newbie in this forum » Thu, 08 Sep 2005 6:19 pm

hi everyone,

hope somebody enlighten me, im a holder of an S-pass and will be working soon there in Singapore cos Im still here in Philippines...

my question is: Can I apply to another company using same S-pass, say something wrong with the conditions that does not met from the contract ? or I have to get a new S-pass so I can apply to another job/company?

afaik, PQR passes are dependent on employer. You'll need a new S pass sponsored by the new employer i think.

www.mom.gov.sg might provide clues...

R&L has got it right. Only PR is not employer dependent.
