What do you guys ask for assurance when dealing with a supplier online?

Just want to make sure the supplier delivers the product which your customers order.

Or what other comments do you have for a win-win situation on both side?

always a risk of being cheated, it is very difficult to give assurance, but you can minimise your risk, by checking the ccompany out. To limit risk just buy small sample quantity first, test the delivery time and quality of the product. If electrical good, you need RMA and other guarantees, over costs. postage and exchange times. Also for clothing, if found to be second quality.
