Sorry Eric to explain that text is quite difficult in English. You must know the author and the background. In fact it was used in a movie.
If you can understand enough French, try to watch one of his movies (Francis Blanche), it can be hilarious...

Pas de probleme, CD, I can read it. It somehow makes me think of the French from this great band called Mano Negra. (La mouche).

Sure you can read. But the context is almost more important than the text itself.
