Salary question for Mainframe professional

Hi,

I am looking for a change in my job. I have seen this opening in Singapore.

They require someone with over 8 years experience on IBM Mainframe. I have to let the recruiting firm minimum expected salary.

What is the industry trend in Singapore these days? How much would a family of 3 (me, spouse and baby) require to lead a decent lifestyle and save a good money.

well, search on this website for a statistics compilation by a singaporean gov agency on min-median-max ranges for quite an exhaustive list of professional jobs.

at the very end, give your current annual package to the recruitment agency, and ask them how much do people like me usually get in singapore?
It is after all, to their best interests to recommend a good figure to their clients, because that's where their commission comes from!
