If you are referring to having sex, then G-Spot is a point where you or your sex partner will feel sensational during having sex.
It will be near the region of sex organ, well within the region might means the whole region of the front to the butt.
There is no specific spot for either sex, it all depends on individual, some might not have a G-Spot.

If you found out your own G-Spot then you can choice to tell your sex partner.
Don't focus on finding the G-Spot, your love to your partner during sex will be enough bring both of you to the highest point.
