Please don't feel embarrass for me to answer your post as I am male.

I am married with 2 kids, my wife's mens is irregular all her life.
Her homon and lifesyle affect her mens, but she has no problem conceive.
But I strongly suggest you see a gyne as each individual case is different.
To unerstand from a gyne and find out the cause and solution is beter then tring on your own or guessing.

Don't feel shy, if you have teenage, its important to overcome your shyness and seek proper consultation.

Takecare of your health, no better know better of yourself and no body has more interest in your well being then yourself.

There are many factors involved, but you do need to be checked to eliminate the bad ones, like cancer, tumors, blockages. My wife never had her period for over 4 years after giving birth. Most of it is stress related, work and enviromental toxins.

It is very common so don't worry so much, just don't be to shy to go to the clinic for a scrape and testing.

i also got irregular menes.. post a worri to me as mine is always normal till april till now..been eating med from doc to let it come..doc stated as hormance inbalance and is common..

diet wise is also impt

well, i have had irregular periods on and off for most part of my life. and Im already in my late 20's, (so its not about irregular periods bcos of "puberty" anymore. LOL)

the thing is, now im taking a brand of Oral Contraceptives that will not just regulate my period, but also improve my skintone and figure.

So actually I have got more than I bargained for. grins!

I have been taking them for more almost a year already and I see visible results in skintone, as in my complexion really became more radiant, and *blushes* my bra size actually increased!
