It's interesting that one day my VP's mail link appears in my workplace of Lotus Notes. I had no idea what it is at that moment so I cliked it. Then I saw all the email subjects. I was surprised and a little bit scared. I know it is possible that someone's monitoring the Internet. I don't want to be taken as a hacker or someone who violates company policies.
However, it is very allurting, right? Think about this: you can know who's talking to your boss and what they talked about... So far I haven't read any of my VP's emails but I just didn't want to delete the link right away... Should I let him know that his email is wide open or should I just delete it and forget it?
