Japanese makeup

I will be back in Singapore in Oct and want to purchase some cosmetics. I only used Japanese makeup since they are very complimentary to Chinese complexion and quality is excellent. Please recommend some brands that are reasonably priced.

The last trip I splurge over $600 on kose cosmetics but hope to find a cheaper brand. I would appreciate any input. I love the kose colors as they are so ethereal-looking. Hope to find something similar, though I find most of the Japanese cosmetics in SG falls in that range. However, the Sheseido (the only Japanese cosmetic readily - available) in USA tend to look more mature and with darker color range. Do not know if the Shesiedo in SG carry the same line.

If not mistaken, Shiseido now has a new range called Macquilage? There's promo articles about it in Cleo mag September issue..
