I would like to hightlight W3HUb (A singapore registered web hosting comapy). They are as bad. I have been using their services, so far okay but always has problem in downloading emails.

Contacting them is a nightmare, either no one pick up the phone or helpdesk (support) were answered by a lady in a Accounts department.

So, do watch out for W3HUB as well.
