hello everyone. does anybody here knows wherei can study in-depth ice-cream making in singapore. i heard someone who went to singapore to study just that and she's now making big business out of it. of course, a lot of factors came in. so guys hope you can help me socut where to study ice cream making there in singapore. by the way im from manila. hopr to hear from all of you soon. i tried to search at google but i cannot locate any institution or school or what that offers just that.help!
