eat to abt 70% full for every meal. have 5 or 6 meals a day. include high carbo and fibres in your meals for the exercises u go thru. drink a glass of fresh meal before u go to bed. have ample rest, coz your body needs rest to repair/recover and build mass.

i know thats too thin for a guy !
i'm started exercising lately and taking in glucose drinks,
will i get diabetes that way?
or is there any other way i can get fat?
no, you won't get diabetes from drinking glucose drinks daily.
as long as you eat more than you burn up, you'll start piling on the pounds.
how bout you do a "reverse" diet?
