Hi,

Can someone please tell me if my dependants pass is sufficient (as well as NSW License) to apply for a license here.

Thanks in advance

Hiya

Welcome to tropical Singapore. I don't think there should be any problems with your DP to get a license here. Good luck & have a fab weekend.

Look at the LTA website. You can drive on your australian licence for up to a year, but within that time you have to pass the basic theory test and get a Singapore licence. Basic Theory is a multiple choice test based on the highway code. Go to one of the designated police stations with your passport, licence, DP and money. Apply for the test then buy a copy of the highway code and practice book. You will get a test date and location. Read up on the test and it should be fine. There are also practice questions online.
