I had one the other day in 'Tradition of Massage'
Kind of on the corner of River Valley Road and Clemenceau Ave I think they are the roads)
$40 for 1 hour (aromatherapy, thai, etc...)
Open til 22.00

This is near Mohammad Sultan and next to the Indian Temple at Clemenceau.

You cal also go to Wan Yang at Plaza Singapura/Ngee Ann City for Foot Reflexology and Back massages. It is good and reasonably priced if you take the 10+2(free) session package.

there is no such things as guarantee, depends on one's metalbolism rate, whether good or not.

for the elderly, fat is hard to rid off.

sometimes peopple loose inches is lost of water retention.

not fat.

but a massage is good for relaxation and take off stress.

too many will be an addictor.
