New IVF Support Group in Singapore

Post by Tania Gai » Tue, 30 Aug 2005 5:15 pm

Parentlink is pleased to announce a new IVF Support Group in Singapore.

For anyone undergoing fertility treatment, or who is having difficulty conceiving a baby, the stresses can be enormous. Hormones are flowing, the uncertainties are endless, and the physical, emotional, and financial strains can be tough for any couple.

Our support group gives couples a chance to share with others who are experiencing the same challenges and who understand what you are going through.

Led by a team of childbirth educators with personal experience with fertility treatment, our group may from time to time invite expert speakers to give short presentations on topics of interest. Our main aim, however, is to provide an informal and safe place to connect with others who are in your shoes!

ParentLink's IVF Support Group meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., in our premises off Grange Road. This is a nonprofit service with only a small fee charged to cover costs: the cost per couple is $10 per meeting. Anyone struggling with conceiving is welcome, whether you are undergoing IVF, another treatment, or no treatment at all. To sign up for this month's meeting, email us or call Tania at (65) 9671-8428.
