How to retail Xmas Cards?

Post by I_C_E » Tue, 30 Aug 2005 1:10 am

I'm doing up unique xmas cards at home and hoping to reap some extra profits for this festive period. I've started late doing that last yr n the response was not too bad considering sales commenced only 2 -3wks b4 xmas! I'm hoping to get some corporate/ retail deals this yr and think it's not too early to do so. However, am not sure how i can go about it with limited time I have (coz i am juggling another job thus it's a little difficult for me to do door to door sales). So anyone with any suggestions? really appreciate some views.
Thanks in advance! :)

There are many ways to sell.

1) Sell yourself by going door to door (what u suggest/is doing now).
2) Sell in flea mkts or at events/fairs (risky as not everyone would buy greeting cards nowadays and so may not even get back the rental).
3) Consign your stuff to retail shops.

In your situations, I would recommend the third way. Minimum risk for you. Just have to share profits wilth another party only.
