Project engineering professional

I am a Mechanical Engineer with 19 years experience in Project / Site management. I looking out for a job in Singapore.
I have worked on turn key / EPC projects in Process, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Water treatment, Utility fields.
Presently working in India. Will to apply for employment pass if I can secure a job.
Can anybody guid me? Tell me about prospects particularly when I do not have any pass/ permit.

..well,you gotta secure a job first for sure. You don't wanna get into shites as the law is very strict abt people with no proper work documentation. Since you're from the technical line,you shouldn't really have a problem in finding work but it is tough out there in that particular sector. try the different employment agencies which you can find via yahoo.com.sg or other search engines catering to the Singapore.

This is forum and I guess you get all kinds here....

Do not be disheartened by negative replies but perhaps your post was read in a different light.

No I am not disheartened. What you say is right. There are all types ...but that is everywhere. Generally, my opinion formed in past two weeks about this forum is good. I would like to be a active contributor to this forum someday when I succeed in getting there !
