Well, a quick google search would have gotten you the answers.
My tip would be to find MusicMatch. Excellent SW.

Hi, the latest version of Windows Media Player (free download from Microsoft, if it's not already on your PC) will do this.

Was seconding your suggestion.
Fuss free advice though one would have to set Media Player to rip to MP3 instead of WMA.

Which service? I got Musicmatch for free with my DVD-RW. Nope, not from Asia.
