Divorce Advice Needed!

Scenario: I am a filipina epass holder. I was married '99. Have a son who is staying with me here. been separated for 3 years now.

Can I file for divorce in singapore? if yes, how long will the processing be?

Oh, be still my heart - too many Filipina jokes or smart comments spring to mind in regards to marriage and divorce . . .

Well, you know very well that divorce is not on in the Philippines, so I guess it is 'lucky' that you are here . . .
