I don't know if the Singapore Police will oblige but in the UK for a while the Police marked peoples mobile phones with a pen mark which was only visible in infra-red light. However, many people change their phones within a relatively short period so I don't know just how successful this venture proved.ewanz wrote:hi i have just set up a crime prevention website.its a personal project with some info on crime prevention for singaporean.can anyone pls visit it and tell me what needs to be done to improve on it .thanks
I second that, people here change their hps like change t-shirts like that. The turnover rate is too high, that's why there are so many hp models being sold here.Plavt wrote:However, many people change their phones within a relatively short period so I don't know just how successful this venture proved.

Colour scheme needs to be less Steven Lim, layout can be less M$ Word, and for the love of god change the music.
Useful bits of information though.

Consider rollover effects for your buttons instead. I can't tell if you're aiming for a minimalist approach like Maddox or slick commercial website.
