Just a Quickie

Post by Bubbles » Fri, 26 Aug 2005 2:12 pm

Hiya, hi, hello.............
I'm not dead, nor gone to the Foreign Legion, nor run off with a toyboy to Greece(aka Shirley Valentine) nor won the lottery and spent it all on loose men............

Been on hols and also doing home stuff when I got home (like ten tons of ironing and moving 15 milkbottles and 1000 coke cans to the rubbish)...yes, that's right, I left a young person in charge here for a month..........arrrgh!!!

But I am looking forward to getting up to speed with the gossip.

See you all soon when I can get this superglued duster off my fingers!!!!!!!!

Bubbs, good to read you are ok and still kicking ass so to speak.

Missed your contributions a lot, so please leave the ironing for another time and write some things down here, it is all about priorities in life after all!

Food for thought: What about these latest accusations against Lance? What does hubby say of this? :x

Quick reply to Eric..........well, what can I say, lots to be honest. And hubby is incensed as he always is when Lance or anything to do with him is slagged off.
OK, will write later, still Jiffing the bathroom which is pretty whiffy.
Ah, the joys of housework!!!!!!!!!
Not.

OK, I know there's a section for jokes and I will get down to some serious stuff, but I LOVED THIS JOKE............
by the way, I am very blonde, so don't be offended all you blondes out there.....
Also, for anyone who doesn't know what 'Blonde' jokes are all about........it's this........
Blondes are supposed to be really stupid you see, and these have now taken over from the Irish jokes of years ago.......and no offence to those lovely Irish either.........

THE BEST BLOND JOKE EVER.......

Blonde (on phone to boyfriend).......Darling, could you come over here and help me with this jigsaw, I can't seem to make head nor tail of it.

Boyf.........(Sighs, cos she's always wanting something).......Really, do you REALLY NEED ME? Can't you do it yourself? What's it of, anyway?

Blonde.........'Well, it's got a chicken on the box.'

Boyf...........SIGH, SIGH........'Oh, ALRIGHT THEN.'

So, he goes over to hers and there she is, with the jigsaw puzzle spread out all over the breakfast table, and she's looking really stuck and worried.

He turns to look at her and says....

'Oh, sweetheart, there there!! I tell you what, let me make you a nice cup of tea, but before I do..........

'Why don't you put those Cornflakes back in the packet?'.......

lololol.........sorry it's just stupid but I loved it.

By the way, tried to post this without signing in and it wouldn't take it, so are we only doing members now? No, can't be right cos I posted on this link earlier as Bubbs and not Bubbles. Strange.

Bubbs,

I vote for this thread to be the thread of the day already (not sure if there is a poll for such actually... :? ).

You seem pretty smart for a blonde btw...
