Athritis
try ginger
Don't know which doctor is cheapest.
Can go to a poly clinic and then get a referral to a government hospital specialist.
However, you can try taking ginger in capsule form. My uncle who is a doctor swears by it !

Athritis
Have you tried Glucosamine tablets which are routinely given to athletes to help with keeping their joints supple? Also try high strength fish oil tablets which will do great things for pain.
Your problem may be advanced, of course, and surgery may be needed, but if the doc says you need anti-inflammatories, ask him or her if you can take them the other way (suppositories) instead of by mouth. This is because those tabs are strong and can make your tummy very upset, and if you take them the other way you bypass the sickness. Not nice, but effective. Sorry about this subject folks, but it's worth this reader thinking about all aspects of pain relief from joint pain, which can be excruciating.
