what is meant for zebra crossing

Occasionally, you will see drivers not stopping at the zebra crossing, but that is a minority. MOst of the time, drivers still obey the rule.

I agree on that one, I can write a book about the ignorance and stupidities in behaviour I encounter on the roads here, but I must say: this rule is being obeyed at 999 out of 1000 times imho.
