where to you buy glycerine? my mother wants it, and i dont even know what it is? can anyone help?

It's used to make soap sometimes. But I would be very very surprised if glycerine itself wasn't a banned or controlled substance, the reason being that it is rather easy to convert it to a form which can be very very harmful (to say the least).
You can try a pharmacy to see if they will carry it.
