I am not sure the doctor part. But i got mine done in Johor. It cost me RM1,800. At first wasn't confident in getting it done then but a friend who got it done there reassured me that it would turn out great. Fortunately, in my opinion, it does look natural and nobody could c that i have done an eyelid surgery. Healing takes abt 2-6 mths. Ard 2 mths, in fact abt 1 mth plus, it would not look puffy and swollen. And after 6 mth, completely natural. Not sure abt others but abt 1 mth plus kind of healed and it looked great already.
