They have different packages for diff crew...
Malaysians have basic plus flying hours plus comm plus transport.
Singaporeans, just flying hours, comm and transport. (100 hours = 2K++). The workload is lighter than Jetstar, and the Staff Travel is by far the best.
Koreans and Chinese are recruited from Cabin Crew agencies.
Filipinos are fixed pay (S Pass), but have more requirements (Mandarin speaking preferred, ex-crew).
Japanese, I'm not sure what's the package like hahaha! But for sure Japs and Koreans are the highest paid!
Recruitment for Thais is on-going, but they will be based in Bangkok.
Recruitment for Aussies is on-going, based in Avalon.
Singapore-based pursers may be assigned to do training in these places.
This means, those who say that the pay is low are probably not working the normal flying hours. It's just all about hardwork and passion for flying. Else, this job is not really meant for you.
Take note that if you work hard, the management will appreaciate your work!
There will be increment this coming April 2011. A new uniform will be introduced by the end of the year! A lot of excitement going on!!!

(Will be deleted in 1 day time)
