i just sent my application. hopefully i can get selected.

just wondering, do i need to send a pic of myself as well? :shock:

and when is the next intake will be?

also i saw a post saying pay is pathetic...etc etc... how much is the allowance like anyway... example from sin to bkk...

and anymore updates from tiger?? like maybe they thinking of raising pay or sumtin...hehe :D :D

they just called me to go for interview jan 09 which is on the tue ......

hi

I heard that tiger airways do not conduct water confidence tests or any swimming tests. Is this true??

Applicants should possess the following attributes:
• Minimum height of 1.58m
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Minimum four N-levels with good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to speak second language an advantage
• Good communication and sales skills
• Medically fit to meet aircrew requirements
• Able to swim a minimum of 50m unaided

How to apply:
Tiger Airways has an ongoing need to recruit cabin crew and if you are interested in being considered please send your CV to [email protected] and we will contact you for the next intake. Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

read somewhere.. the male version will be black pants.. and a tshirt.. kinda simple.. both female and male designed by giordano... :wink:

- It's a beige cotton shirt and matching black corduroy pants. This is to match the female cabin crew uniforms of a camel gold cotton jersey tee with black corduroy pants, teamed with a tiger-striped sash at the waist.

went for the airline interview today 5 were selected to stay behind as the interviwers wanna talk to them more while the rest annie says do not dishearten as its on the KIV waiting list meaning? what? means wait for their call ?

well you know how some airlines practice staggered recruitment? Maybe she'll call you guys down for second interview next month?

Hi everyone, does anyone has any idea if im colourblind..Will TigerAir accept me ..Physically im fit as im a certified swimming instructor and lifeguard . I have no problems in driving, even playing snooker hehe..BUT I CANT SEE THE WORDS or ALPHABETS IN THE BOOK. (sry for the caps) /cry

since you said that it doesn`t affect the way you do things.. it shoudn`t matter right? for all i know, pilots and aviation students can`t be colorblind.. but i haven`t heard of tests for colour deficiancy or any requirements associating with that for cabin crew. correct me if i`m wrong though!

Why why why...
That may depend which colours you are colour blind to, look above your head as a passenger the call lights are colour coded, don't know about the fire extinguishers or any other possible requirement.
