I heard they will start employing male crew. I don't know how soon though.

Nice. Its great to hear this. There are more opportunities for we guys now. I hope Silkair will start to recruit male crews too. =) Good luck!

Haha! I doubt so. During the management interview, they did mention that SilkAir has only female crew and they want to keep it that way.

HI desijoey, i have encountered exactly the same scenario too! i wa also selected for the August batch but was unable to leave my company back then..had just sent in my resume yesterday to Tigers..i rem back then i told them abt it and the lady in charge told me i can re-apply again when i can make it by then.
awared that the interview will be held on 13th sept and they have already started to call up applicants..not sure if they'll still call me up since i only submitted yesterday..

hmm anyone here have got any idea how long is the bond & avg gross salry/ mth?

I could highly suggest that you go and find out yourself. Asking about bond and avg gross salary and mthly will only make yourself confused cause different people have different views of their own. As a tiger crew, I could highly suggest that you go and check it out on your own.

Btw,how come u dunno how long the bond and ave salary is since u got thru and nearly flew with Tiger the last time?Coz I remember Annie telling me all those during the 2nd interview when I went to try on my uni.

oh cuz i was supposed to attend the 2nd interview briefing on the salry and then sign the bond on that day itself but i told them in the end that i cant leave my current co till dec.. hmm this time round after comtemplating for a while i decided to give it a miss again..cuz i have gt other plans
