4 sectors no joke - turnaround somemore....sure exhausting.
trying to figure how it's possible to gross 2.8-2.9k before cpf based on 100hrs.
please correct me if i am wrong on the info.

assume it's a fresh FA - not SFA.
basic is $900
per hour is $8 X 100 hours
meal allowance : $3 + 5 = $8 per day X 14 days (average)
total is $1.8 before cpf.

i doubt you can earn $1k from duty free/meals considering it's 5% shared amongst crew.

is there profit sharing/AWS in this company?

Four sectors would usually be a combination of two short flight which is 3hrs and below each.

There's also transport allowance too and besides that, it also have to depends on the duty free/meals. You might be shocked,it's not 5% shared but 5% individually where u don't get this in other airlines i suppose. On top of that, it is definitely possible to have $1k and abv for duty free/meals. Nothing is impossible with Tigerair:)

Transport: 210 (7 flights with allowances)
Duty Free: 300 (lets say the sales is pathetic)
F&B: 300 (pathetic sales, including prepaid*)

In your scenario whereby the sales is very pathetic, your salary is 2610...

*some destinations like lijiang, ningbo, perth have more than a dozen prepaid meals. Comm is based on 5% per crew (not shared like 3K).

Lastly, 4-sectors is chicken compared to airasia's 6-sectors with full interior cleaning! Our pilots keep telling us (ex-airasia), you know this is heaven!!!

There is loyalty bonus after 2 or 3 years. And performance bonus in a form of NTUC vouchers.

No annual bonuses at the moment. No Profit sharing at the moment.

Per meal is $16 - U get 5% per meal - prepaid as well
u sell approximately 12-18 meals (10% of pax)
$0.80 X 18 = $14.40

$1000 = 1250 meals for a month
Achievable or not! :)

transport only given if your flight leaves at 1130pm onwards or arrives
before 0630hrs

when's the next recruitment? last one was last month - when's the next?

Depends on the timing... Sometimes there's a lot of crew available, you will not 'kena' activated during your standby...

Anyway being activated means $$$... And you're also allocated 2 offdays (plus 1 or 2 standby's) in a week.

Sometimes, not being called up can be boring, as you'll have too much rest days...

:)

Happy flying!

Thank you leekumkee for your reply. That mean tigerair cabin crew would get 1-2 standby in a week (4-8 standby in a month)? That is a lot....and how many days off in a month? last question, since Tigerair would let their cabin crew layover in Xian, how much is the layover allowance? many thankssss :-)))))
