Average is 100 hours per month... take home pay is 2.1 and above... Not including annual performance bonus yet...

Tiger implemented a salary increase last June, pay is now higher than 3K.

Care to share more on the salary breakdown? Im an ex-crew of TR and back then, my basic was only $800, sector allowance $12/$20 for 3 hours or less/more.. Average take home about 1.5k only.. Now considering to go back flying, thinking of joining 3K..

For locals, 13.50 per hour plus duty-free / fnb comm plus tranport allowances ($25 per early morning/late evening flt)... Performance bonus is 1k++... 13th month is a standard average...

There have been changes since we changed bosses...

Join JQ or Tiger again if u wan...

I can also confirm that Tiger has more nationalities than te other local carriers (read it from somewhere here) which makes it more fun!! Haha

did get shortlisted for interview for the last intake..but i was busy and cant go for it the next day so i rejected..but now looking back really regret..i now kind of waiting for its recruiting date again..

Hi there, I would like to seek some clarification regarding the pay? I believe that the $13.5/hr w/o basic pay is applicable to those who had been contracted by SASS?

Cause during my recent interview it was mentioned that the newer batch would be recruited directly by Tiger and the hourly pay is about $6+/hr with basic pay of $800+/mth excluding commissions & allowances.

Anyone receiving the latter payment scheme care to confirm this?
