Tigerair salary

Post by walawe » Wed, 30 Oct 2013 4:00 am

http://www.flygosh.com/search/label/Cab ... w%20Salary

Surprised to learn that Tigerair is one of the highest paying in Singapore... I thought my friend who works for Tiger is bluffing me!

Based on flygosh's calculation, on same flying hours per month Tiger's pay is even higher than Scoot and you get to go home everyday and go holiday on your offdays as staff travel is unlimited!

Dental and Medical is also subsidized by Tiger...

Meaning if I join Scoot and have a layover, my pay is a bit lower, and I will tend to spend my salary on layovers!

Hi hi!

Anyone can share with us about the average take-home pay per month?

Will it hit $2K or approximately $1.5-$1.6 after CPF deduction?

Hi Mistyng85,

Thanks for the information! Because I'm still giving serious thoughts about whether to join.
Btw, are you a crew in Tigerair now? Haha.
Drop a PM if its inconvenient here.

Thanks anyways. ^-^

$2k means you were lazying that month...

Before CPF, we get 2.8k to 2.9k...

The average a TR crew gets is $2.3k after CPF, on a 100 hours per month or 25 hours per week basis...

You can imagine working in an office, 42-44 hours a week... This job is much easier!

You can layover all you want during your offdays, as staff travel is unlimited (only) in this airline.

:)

Layover in the same destinations anyway is very boring in the long run... Eg Osaka
