Does going to Silkair interview affect your chance with SIA?

I am much interested in SIA interview. I wasnt sure to go for silkair interview Does anyone know whether is it possible that if you were to go for silkair interview, the SIA recruiter would not shortlist you for the next round of SIA interview?

Did you go for the silkair interview in the end?

Heard from a friend who is a SIA girl, that they do keep records of those who went for silkaiir interview but couldnt get in. The chances of getting into SIA will be much lower.
