Mr. Lee (HP: 9819-3671) of Sino Engineering 6253-3822 is a good place to call to fix your AC. Quick and professional service.

Can try calling Mr Henry Chin (98555933) or Ms Carol Chan (67456998) of Howsyllane. They have been servicing mine for quite some time. Couple of my clients' aircon units are serviced by them too
Best thing is they are open for "negotiation". Say introduced by "Pierre Tan". They may give you better rates. Cheers.

How often do you people service your airconditioners?
What is the going rate for getting A/C maintenance service, not repair service?

Dear all,
Just want to share my bad experience with all of you. Do NOT use GAVIN Care airon company if you want to service your aircon. Get a good and reputable aircon company to do it for you. Recently, i got Gavin-Care to come down to service my aircon and they spoil my aircon. According, to them my aircon is very very "dirty" and need a chemical wash. After washing, the aircon stop working. And when i try to reason with them, they became defensive and refused to help me. Their service recovery actions Sucks!! if you dont want trouble with the after service, DO NOT USE THEM!!

If you live in a codominium, odds are they have a contractor servicing the aircon in the common areas. Give your management office a call and get the number of the contractor then give them a call and ask for a quote.

Hi, totally agree with Phil. If you stay in a
condo/apt block, ask your neighbour(s). If you're renting, the owner may know someone. We rent and just use the same company (Air Pro Engineering) from the previous tenant.
