Having visited Singapore earlier this year for the first time, I decided that I had found THE place for me to be, at least for a few years.
There are two ways I could achieve this: firstly, I could train, and then teach in schools over there (I have a Masters degree, but no official teaching qualification). Alternatively, I could get a more 'mundane' job and work to set myself up to start something in my own specialist area (music) in the future.
Unfortunately, the MOE website is a tad fuzzy on the issue of foreigners coming to train and teach!
So has anyone been through this process, or is anyone in a position to advise me?
If I decide to take a less specialist job, is there a good resource to search, or am I better off just going over there and handing my CV around?
Does anyone have a use for a music graduate with some business/admin and teaching experience?
Cheers guys!
