SPA Pampering???

Post by Alfalfa » Tue, 16 Aug 2005 2:59 pm

Have you been to any fine Spa facilities like no other..

Please share your experience and the lovely magical treatments that made you feel so refreshed, relaxed, spoilt etc...

And please indicate the locations and name of the operator too... to share with all of us here at the forum...indicating the price you pay will be of help too..

My experience is of a hillside spa..called Tamarind Spa.. its in Koh Samui.. I was spoilt rotten in that SPA.. having herbal steam bath in somewhat like a cave steam room and having the massage done at the "hillside sala"...it was a great experience. Prices were pretty reasonable like betwen USD 50 to $100 for a full body and facial massage.

Any one else wants to share their experience? :D

Always have the vouchers to go for first free spa treatments.. YUMMY.. They are HEAVEN!! However not much luxuries to go to such place esp with busy and hectic schedule..

But i still like to pamper myself.. So other than occassional biz and leisure overseas trip, i try to squeeze some cheap, and good spas. However, we dun travel all the time.. and i wish to enjoy such spa everyday! haha :D

So i invest in some good essential oils .. and do my own leg spa at home.. after my hectic day.. SHIOOKK.. I have heard from my therapist that our legs have many meridian points that are inter-related to our body organs. So that is why it is good to do leg massage or accupressure occassionally. The same thing apply with leg spa. So u r doing health maintance.. plus with leg spa, u can also sweat it out .. good esp for pple like me who also have no time to exercise..

Especially after my poor feet been on the high heels long day.. supporting my big mass .. haha   and accompanying me to walk to all parts of Singapore and overseas.. i think they have done great job, so they deserved the treat!! Yes !! Plus i dun like to treat them for granted. Just like i dun take my health for granted.. :)
