Scartoon wrote:For me, I took the TRA Programme and lose 6kg and 8cm in waist since May 2007...still maintaing still even thoug i have completed the programme 2 years back.

its targetting at losing fats, increasing metabolism and healthy diet. I have seen several 100 plus kg fren and ppl with medical condition improved after that.

let me know if u r interested to look at it.
What is a TRA programme anyways? I'll shoot you a PM as well just so i could understand this thing a little better. Thanks.

Why the winking smilie? Is there something we should know here?

Edit : Looks like the PM feature is disabled till i make more posts.

Hi, I was on this 3month TRA weight management programme. It targets at losing fats instaer fo weight, water or muscle.

besides the supplements to help to reduce craving, reduce carbo intake, burn and block fats, increase skeletal muscle mass and metabolism, the most powerful part is the 3333 diet rule. need not starve( i hate to starve) just eat normally and healthily.

lead life normally, no need extra exercise hahaaha the results was good! and no rebound till now.

And now, after you have obviously received the information on the programme, you are now posting more details?

If I didn't know better, I'd say you have recently joined Nu Skin and are nothing but an mlm'r who didn't know his product very well and had to rely on another mlm'r (Scartoon) for more information because you didn't know how to sell your product.

Please convince me.

Otherwise .....tic.....toc.....tic.....toc....

i'm confused too after looking at yr quotes and all the "colouring" which i dunno who is written by who.

I'll take from yr last para.

I have used the TRA weight management from March - May 2007. and i have benefited from it. i'm also aware of what i have eaten and there's no need for me to sell TRA. all i'm doing is to share my experience and what i know like what i have shared in the other post in this forum on the concern about the safety and rebound of weight management programme. (does it make sense to u?)

There's no need for me to convince u. you have to convince yrself instead if u r questioning it bcos u have doubts/bias in certain industry/company or really for the benefit of the readers here.

To me, regardless which profession be it mlm, slimming center owner, consultant, as long as they share info which make sense and benefit to the readers in this forum they shld be welcome. I feel that thats yr role to look for such good info and not witch hunting.

the clock is yrs , u decide.

First of all I have inadvertently deleted my post. I saw my post twice and thought I had double posted so deleted the first one. It was only then that I realized you had quoted the entire post but put your comments at the bottom instead of the top like most.

I'll put it to you this way. We don't like MLM'rs here. And furthermore, one day you claim you did the programme two years ago, (which coincidentally is exactly the same time frame as scarwhathisname) and in your next thread post 1 week later you are asking somebody just what the programme is! You say you are confused? I definitely have to agree with you there!

I have a duty here to keep mlm'rs and other riffraff off the boards for the protection of our regulars. All you are doing so far it just writing down the BS in the brochures. I have my doubts you have even done the programme as you didn't give anybody any info until you asked Scarwhatever for the information (who I am also watching). I am personally taking an interest in this as I don't want to see any of our regulars get ripped off by unscrupulous mlm'rs.

I hope we understand each other.......

PS..... you're right about the clock.
