Hi.
My company is sending an employee to Singapore to work and I have to come up with a "tax efficient " salary package for them. Can anyone offer any guidance on what can and can't be packaged?
The salary will be approx $150k SGD. I need to consider housing/ child care/ flights home/ health care/ vehicle etc.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks

IIRC all benefits-in-kind are fully taxed in singapore, except housing and car are treated differently. Some other benefits like home-leave are also taxed at lower then cash equivalent rates.
