Anyone knows whether there is any fitness clesses for overweight teenage girls (only) in singapore? im quite shy tts why. pls help

I also girl [teenager also] , i go to gym @ paragon (fitness first), dun need shy one. Inside got all types of ppl, they don't really care abt you one, u do urs, they do theirs

do u need personal trainers for this type of things, cause i want to be left alone with my frends can also right?how much isit? where ?

hey!join amore fitness if u want.it's for ladies=) and they have alot of different kalsses for u to take part.the package fee is reasonable for student under 21.go check it out.
