The Murad counter at Seiyu Bugis does sell the acne complex kit.
Personally, I love Murad cos it helped to clear up my acne.
Btw, it's cheaper to get it online. Can try www.strawberrynet.com or www.beautyprescriptions.com as compared to sg counters.
