Searching for a job in offshore oil industry

Hi everbody!

Nice to discuss my problem with you all. I just finished the studies on electrical power at Goverment Technical Institute in later1997, got a job as an electrician at brick factory in early 1998, and then out again 2004, being still unemployed now. I am at present trying to get a job in offshore oil industry, have been often cheated, and unlucky till now.
If u have any experience on it, I'd like u to give me some instructions to get such a job as soon as possibe.
