Looking for a Job in Singapore from Homeland . .

Postby Dounut » Wed, 10 Aug 2005 3:18 am

Folks

I have a friend, who has an intention of relocating in Singapore. But he prefer to secure a job here, while still back in his home country, instead of coming here to look for a job.

He is holding a degree.

Any advice on how to go about it . . ? ?

Two words for your friend: Dream on. Unless he/she has managed to secure an overseas psoting with a SIngapore subsidiary of a home MNC, he/she definitely needs to rethink. Heaps of locals (incl PRs) here are jobless and some are even Master's degree holders. His/Her best bet is to get off his/her ass, hop on a plane and get in to town a knocking. Just my 2 cents.
