Anyone can help ?
Don't intro me slimming centre, cause i poor kid ah :P
Statistic abt myself
Height: 164
Weight: around 64 la.
i wan to drop to 50 like that, so i think 54 can la.
Anyone can help? My budget is around 100, as i say, poor kid

Stop taking rice and noodle.

Breakfast: Fruits (1 type of fruit) eat till you full.
Lunch: take anything except rice and noodle.
Dinner: take anything except rice and noodle. However, prefer fruit only. (1 type of fruit) eat till you full.

Take this for 1 months and I GUARANTEED you will lose weight dramaticaly..

tat's 10 kg in one month's time. not really advisable. u are going to suffer alot and maybe yur body or yur mind will not be able to take this weight lossing full time.
take care of yurself, no need to rush, if u rush sure to fall down. one step at a time is the best.

wad if i exercise EVERYDAy, serious, and stop consuming white rice, maybe will consume la, BUT ABIT ONLY, like 1/2 bowl like that. And eat fruits everyday.
I sign up for FITNESS PLANET! :) And i wanna go EVERYDAY! For arnd 2 hours or so. 10kg.
possible?

Antonilenoble is totally right, i'd personally underwent a drastic weight-loss; from 118kg to 66kg in 9 months; i've a punishing exercise routine, diet etc.

But what u're suggesting sounds extremely unhealthy, 1/2 bowl of white rice a Day?

I hate white rice, cause i prefer brown rice. I'll eat more brown rice then :]

after all, wat we can is to advise u. u can try if u want. i believe the ppl at PF can help u alot. but pls do get enuf rest and also food for yur daily needs. there's no point if u lose weight at the end just because u'd fallen sick.

Detox Meal

Oh yah, the other way is to try the detox meal. I've try it personally, very effective for weight loss in short period (lost 2kg in 3days) but please don't take it more than 3 days a week.

3 Days Detox Meal
- Consist of purely fruit and vegetables.
- For best result, don't take oily food, meaning vegetable only steams etc without sauce or salad with lime juice
- Take a variety to get a good set of nutrients
- Not meant to take regulary.

Usually I only take it few days just before special event. Result is significant, my colleagues all notices my result in 3 days. But very rigid diet.

I'll suggested you to diet healthly. And do some cardio exercise like slow jogging for 45 mins every day. You'll probably lose 3-4 kg every month this way but it's healthy.

Using pills are expensive as u probably need to keep them up to maintain the weight.
