haha, here to share my experience.. hehe =)
due to lack of exercise,my tummy and thighs grew fat. tho im abit slim, but still cannot 'ta han', so went slimming. Im very satisfied of the results, my weight dropped 3 KG

, tummy, thighs, arms and rear all dropped in size. Now when i wear jeans its much looser than b4.
